Ingredients:
3 cups fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup grated Parmesan or similar cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup pine nuts
Directions:
1. Put basil, garlic and pine nuts in blender or Cuisinart.
2. Gradually add olive oil while blending at medium speed
3. Add cheese and blend until evenly distributed

mmmm pesto! mick and i replace some of the olive oil with lemon juice when we are feeling healthy...
